Property availability, accommodation suitability, management acceptance, partner onboarding and travel options are subject to assessment and change. We do not guarantee that a particular property, supplier, management strategy, booking or journey will be available or suitable.

Any example pricing, occupancy discussion, revenue estimate, market commentary or management strategy on the website is indicative unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed agreement. Actual performance depends on property, market, seasonality, regulation, pricing, availability and other factors.

Their own terms may apply. 365 should not be treated as the operator of a third-party service merely because we introduce, coordinate or source it.

Fly content and enquiries may involve introductions to established aviation or charter partners. Unless and until the contractual documents state otherwise, website content should not be understood as representing 365 Short Lets as an aircraft operator or as making a guaranteed charter offer.
