01Assignment
The useful location is where the guest needs to function.
An office, project site, hospital, client location or transport connection can matter more than a fashionable postcode. We start with the real destination and work outward from there.
02Extended stays
Build around living, not just sleeping.
For stays measured in weeks or months, kitchens, laundry, workspace, storage, neighbourhood practicality and extension flexibility become more important. The accommodation should remain workable after the novelty of arrival has gone.
03Teams & projects
Headcount is not the same thing as bed configuration.
Project teams may need separate beds, multiple bathrooms, vans or parking, predictable travel to site and the ability to change dates. Those requirements need to be explicit in the brief before suitable supply can be assessed.
04Relocation
Temporary accommodation can carry a family through an uncertain timeline.
Relocation can involve schools, pets, permanent-home searches, changing completion dates and family routines. Flexibility and neighbourhood fit can matter as much as proximity to the new workplace.
05Sourcing
One coordinated brief can reach beyond direct inventory.
Where suitable direct availability is not enough, the wider sourcing network can help search relevant partner supply. Availability, pricing and terms are still confirmed for the actual requirement before a booking is represented as possible.
