When and for how long?
Arrival, expected departure and whether the end date could move. Extensions matter on project and relocation stays.
Who is staying?
Guest count, separate-bed requirement, children, pets and any accessibility needs that materially change the search.
What cannot move?
Budget, parking, commute, invoicing, kitchen, laundry, workspace or another non-negotiable requirement.

Purpose
The reason for the stay changes the search.
A contractor crew may care about separate beds and parking. A relocating family may care about schools, pets and extension flexibility. A professional assignment may care about commute, workspace and invoicing. We use those constraints to make the search useful.

Duration
A few nights and a few months are different products.
Longer stays can need kitchens, laundry, storage, predictable costs and the ability to extend. Shorter stays may prioritise location and arrival convenience. The expected duration should shape the accommodation from the start.

Published inventory is the first layer, not the limit of the search.
You can browse the public 365 property catalogue when a suitable property is already published. Where that inventory does not solve the brief, the wider sourcing network can help search relevant accommodation partners. Actual dates, price, terms and availability still need to be confirmed before anything is represented as bookable.
