Management questions for castles, country estates, large homes, venues and unusual hospitality assets.
01
Can a castle or estate be managed like a normal Airbnb?
Usually not. Large or distinctive assets can have different staffing, housekeeping, grounds, maintenance, event, access, insurance and guest-experience requirements. The operating model should be designed around the asset.
02
Can distinctive properties take corporate or production stays?
Potentially. Some estates and large homes can suit retreats, production, relocation or group requirements, but use, capacity, insurance, local rules and owner preferences need to be confirmed.
03
Does 365 manage events at estates?
Event activity should be treated separately from ordinary accommodation. Venue permissions, suppliers, insurance, capacity and operating responsibility need to be agreed before any event service is represented as available.
04
How should a unique property be marketed?
The story, architecture, setting and reason to travel can matter as much as bedroom count. Distribution should still be chosen around the guests the asset can realistically serve rather than listing everywhere by default.
05
Can 365 work with an existing estate team?
A hybrid relationship may be possible where an owner already has housekeepers, grounds staff or local operations. The scope should define who controls guest communication, distribution, pricing, readiness, maintenance and on-site decisions.
